I enjoyed playing tourist for an afternoon at this Blue Heron bird santuary. My parents and I enjoyed a nice walk. My mom absolutely loves birds- so she was in heaven here. I definetely will come again in March and april when it's "nesting" time for the blue herons- they have dozens of nests up in the trees which we saw. One other interesting thing we saw was a spot where thousands of ducks were quacking and flapping around in. The sound was unbelievable- and i could almost feel the breeze from them flapping wings.
